Job summary

Delrin Switzerland Sarl is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the company’s information security program and risk management. You will define a global security strategy, oversee governance across IT and OT, manage incidents, and ensure regulatory and customer security requirements are met.

Based in Wilmington, DE or remote in other locations, you will partner with IT, OT, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to implement advanced cyber security controls and drive vendor risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, risk management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Nine+ years in risk management or information security with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Experience shaping enterprise cyber security strategy, governance, policies, and incident response.
• Experience with IT and OT in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating audits, assessments, and third-party risk.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives, risk tolerance, and IT/OT priorities.
• Establish and maintain a global cyber security governance framework for IT, OT, cloud, network, application, identity, endpoint, and data security.
• Own cyber security risk management program, risk register, and executive reporting.
• Own and maintain incident response program, including preparation, escalation, tabletop exercises, and testing.
• Oversee continuous security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Develop security architecture requirements, policies, standards, and control objectives for IT and OT systems.
• Provide governance for network segmentation, remote access, IAM, cloud, endpoints, data protection, and industrial control environments.
• Collaborate with IT/Ops and site OT teams to implement and improve security controls.
• Lead third-party cyber security risk management, due diligence, contractual requirements, and remediation.
• Lead cyber security audits and assessments, including regulatory and customer audits.
