Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related discipline is required.
• 10 to 20 years of professional information security experience.
• Proven experience in senior security leadership roles.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with large, complex organizations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and govern the organization's cybersecurity strategy.
• Oversee risk assessments, threat detection, and incident response.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with EU frameworks and audits.
• Lead security architecture, cloud, IAM, and data protection initiatives.
