Job summary

Delrin is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the company’s information security program, strategy, and governance. You will partner with IT, OT, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to implement modern cyber security solutions, maintain incident response plans, and oversee risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, risk management, or a related field.
• At least 9 years of experience in risk management, information security, cyber security, or IT/OT security with leadership.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
• Experience developing enterprise cyber security strategies, governance frameworks, policies, risk registers, and incident response programs.
• Experience working with IT and OT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience overseeing SOC services, MSSPs, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Based in Wilmington, DE or remote in other locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives, risk tolerance, and IT/OT priorities.
• Establish and maintain a global cyber security governance framework covering IT, OT, cloud, network, application, identity, endpoint, and data security.
• Ensure IT/OT security controls adhere to regulatory, contractual, customer, audit, and company requirements.
• Own the cyber security risk management program and risk register, including risk identification, treatment, acceptance, remediation, and reporting.
• Own and maintain the cyber security incident response program with preparation, escalation, communication, investigation, containment, and recovery.
• Oversee continuous security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident triage, and remediation.
• Develop security architecture requirements, policies, standards, and control objectives with stakeholders.
• Provide cyber security governance for network segmentation, remote access, IAM, cloud, endpoints, data protection, and ICS environments.
• Partner with IT Operations and site OT teams to ensure controls are implemented and monitored.
• Create, implement, maintain, and enforce IT/OT security policies, standards, procedures, and escalation paths.
• Manage IT security personnel and MSSPs, SOC services, security vendors, and external providers.
• Lead cyber security audits, assessments, and evidence coordination including regulatory, internal, and customer reviews.
• Oversee third-party cyber security risk management, due diligence, and vendor security requirements.
• Develop and oversee the cyber security awareness and training program.
• Develop and manage the cyber security budget and communicate risk posture to leadership.
