Perseus Group is seeking a Chief Information Officer to drive the company’s technology strategy in a remote US role. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership with ownership of enterprise technology strategy.
• Experience in SaaS/cloud-first environments and high availability.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams; executive communication.
• Experience with M&A technology integration and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s enterprise technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Product and leadership to ensure reliability, security, and governance across platforms.
• Own and mature security, risk, and compliance programs including audits and SOC 2 readiness.
• Lead cloud, infrastructure, and FinOps efforts to optimize costs while maintaining performance.
