Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Technology / CTO to shape the enterprise technology strategy for a growing financial services organization. You will lead modernization of platforms, migrations, and cybersecurity programs while driving automation and AI initiatives across the technology stack.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), and strong vendor management. Remote U.S.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven success overseeing complex application and infrastructure migrations.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and systems integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise security best practices.
• Experience leading infrastructure, networking, identity management, and enterprise operations.
• Strong vendor management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing technology budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead modernization of critical business platforms and enterprise applications.
• Direct complex system migrations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and system availability.
• Establish and mature cybersecurity programs, governance, and risk management practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.
• Manage third-party technology vendors, strategic partners, and outsourced service providers.
• Lead software development, infrastructure, and technology operations teams.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives that improve productivity and scalability.
• Build scalable, secure, and highly available technology environments.
• Establish technology standards, architecture, and operational best practices.
• Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response strategies.
