Vista Group is seeking an Application Specialist II to support cinemas across North America. You will install, configure, and support Vista software, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with global teams.

The role emphasizes learning SQL, building client relationships, and providing training as needed. We offer a 50/50 remote/onsite schedule, a 4.5-day work week, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, track, and resolve technical support issues; test solutions before production deployment.
• Install and configure Vista Group software remotely and onsite as needed.
• Collaborate across regions and departments on diverse tasks and initiatives.
• Learn MS SQL Server and use T-SQL queries to investigate problems.
• Upskill and train clients, team members, vendors, and third parties.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Be available on a bi-monthly rotation for after-hours support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
