Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, redesign processes, and drive operational change across business and IT teams. This contract role focuses on delivering measurable improvements in supply chain and manufacturing related processes.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in CI/ERP transformations, with strong collaboration skills and change management experience.

Qualifications

10+ years in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
Experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformation initiatives.
Strong process improvement and business process redesign skills.
Experience working across business and technology teams.
Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and operational change.

Responsibilities

Support process improvement initiatives across the SAP transformation program.
Analyze current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Design and implement future-state operational processes.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Help ensure adoption of new processes and best practices.
