Job summary

Christian Care Ministry is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to support Medi-Share members and medical service providers. You will handle inquiries, provide information on membership guidelines, and assist with program provisions and technical support.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work within a faith-based organization. A high school diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience are preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years customer service in healthcare, insurance, or similar.
• Experience in high-volume contact centers preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Present information clearly and tactfully to members and providers.
• Document call notes accurately in systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member/provider issues promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion while handling sensitive information.
• Meet monthly service objectives as assigned by management.
