Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Chin.
• Technology proficient (web-based platforms, email, Microsoft Word).
• Interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noises.
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, Bridging the Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting.
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, including interpretation protocols and best practices.
