Language Services Associates, Inc. seeks telephonic interpreters fluent in English and Shanghainese to join its network of Independently Contracted Interpreters. You will handle on-demand calls and facilitate LEP communication in diverse settings.

We value candidates with 1+ years of interpreting experience, a quiet secure workspace, and proficiency with web platforms, email, and Word. Industry certifications are a plus; remote opportunities available worldwide.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Shanghainese is required.
• Proficiency with web-based platforms, email, and MS Word.
• Need a quiet, secure, disruption-free interpreting space.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications/trainings such as CMI, CCHI, Bridging the Gap are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting.
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner.
