Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
English fluency (oral and written).
Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
Content knowledge of current and emerging issues for assigned grant program areas.
Demonstrated expert-level subject matter expertise in public child welfare and related topics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain professional expertise in required special initiative and priority content areas, ensuring knowledge remains current.
Coordinate staff, consultants, and teams delivering data-driven, human-centered TA across projects.
Lead recruitment and support of a consultant pool of subject matter experts.
Guide and oversee preparation and finalization of written deliverables (site visit reports, meeting reports, technical documents).
Supervise staff and provide professional development to assigned staff.
Support delivery of TA with a data-driven, continuous improvement approach and collaboration across teams.
