Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a remote Child & Adolescent Therapist in Massachusetts to deliver family-centered, evidence-based care for children and teens with anxiety and OCD. You will work within a fully virtual team, offering individual and group treatments, measurement-based care, and collaboration with psychiatrists and coaches.

The role prioritizes licensure compliance, strong clinical skills with youth, and adaptability to tech-enabled care in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or PsyD in psychology or LICSW/LMHC with a relevant master's degree.
• Massachusetts licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
• Experience treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with care team members (e.g., coach, psychiatrist).
• Provide feedback on curricula and training protocols.
• Support application of tech-enhanced care delivery and risk management.
• Complete documentation timely and thoroughly.
• Participate in trainings on evidence-based care delivery.
• Facilitate CBT-based groups including parents/caregivers.
