Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Head of Security to define and drive the security roadmap across the organization. You will staff and manage the security function, align security outcomes with company objectives, and partner with Legal, Data, and Engineering to deliver a secure product.

You will lead AI‑native security initiatives, mature governance, risk, and compliance, and report directly to executive leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security leadership or equivalent.
• Experience building and scaling security programs across governance, risk, and compliance.
• Proven ability to translate technical risk into business impact for executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company security roadmap and strategy.
• Scale security function with hiring, mentoring, and leadership of managers/directors.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance programs (SOX, GDPR, PCI, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Lead AI-first security initiatives and secure software development practices.
