Job summary

AIUC is seeking the first security hire to own end-to-end security across our product, evaluation platform, and internal systems, working directly with the founders. You’ll shape the security playbook as we open our product to the world and test other agents.

From there, you may guide our security requirements for a 300+ CISOs consortium and define agent security in practice. This role is demanding and strategic; you will say no when needed to keep security fast and effective, and you’ll build

Qualifications

• Engineer with production systems experience and hands-on security implementation.
• Cloud security mindset with least-privilege IAM, SSO, clean dev/prod separation, and secure data handling.
• Experience building or securing an agent harness with sandboxing and credential isolation.
• Ability to own security outcomes end-to-end and push back when needed to protect the product.
• Experience with detection, logging, incident response, and protecting corporate surface.

Responsibilities

• Own security end to end across product, evaluation platform, and internal systems.
• Build secure foundations for running agents: sandboxing, credential access, core development.
• Manage security across the company: network, vendors, access, data, and reviews.
• Anticipate new risks as products evolve and attack classes emerge.
• Lead incident response and rapid remediation before incidents occur.
• Share learnings with the CISO consortium and publish practical guidance.
