Job summary

BARBRI, the globally recognized leader in legal education, seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to shape our commercial strategy and build a world-class revenue organization. This role leads global sales, marketing and go-to-market operations, reporting to the CEO and guiding a high-performance team.

Remote within the United States with East Coast preference; travel for leadership meetings and client engagements is required.

Qualifications

Proven CRO or equivalent commercial leadership across revenue streams.
Experience in legal sector or professional services relationships preferred.
Experience leading global/ multi-geography teams, esp. US/UK.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead an integrated global commercial organization across sales, marketing, and GTM.
Accelerate growth through acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and lifetime value.
Expand BARBRI’s relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and institutions.
Unify strategic accounts and identify opportunities for expansion.
Position ecommerce, inside sales, and paid media as connected revenue drivers.
Align brand, PR, marketing with commercial objectives.
Set direction for responsible AI adoption in digital experiences and sales.
Establish forecasting, performance standards, and executive sponsorship.
Develop and empower BARBRI’s senior commercial leaders.
