Qualifications

• 13+ years strategy experience with deep expertise in BOTH creative strategy AND media strategy.
• Leadership experience building and developing teams.
• Enterprise-level relationship management; comfort briefing C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Shape and create the Catalyzing Idea across three brands and business units.
• Architect an Intelligent Story System guiding audience reach and context.
• Lead cross-functional teams to rally around the idea and maintain coherence across channels.
• Identify scalable opportunities and ensure brand coherence without cannibalization.
