This role blends creative and media thinking, guiding teams across paid, owned, and social channels to deliver coherent, impactful work. You will mentor junior strategists, collaborate with creative and media partners, and translate insights into catalytic, scalable briefs that move the business.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years strategy experience with fluency in creative and media strategy.
• Proven ability to develop breakthrough strategic thinking and communicate briefs.
• Experience working across creative and media functions and with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into powerful catalyzing ideas and briefs grounded in creative insight.
• Align strategy across paid, owned, social and influencer channels to ensure coherence.
• Brief brand partners and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
