Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in USA (Remote - Massachusetts) seeks a Strategy leader who fuses Brand and Connected Strategy to drive enterprise-wide impact. You will define a unifying Catalyzing Idea across three business units and lead cross-functional teams at the executive level.

The role requires 13+ years in strategic leadership, fluency in both creative and media strategy, and a proven record of guiding C‑Suite decisions. You’ll champion integrated thinking and scale ideas across brands.

Qualifications

• 13+ years strategy experience with deep expertise in BOTH creative strategy AND media strategy.
• Demonstrated mastery of both disciplines - not sequential experience, but genuine fluency in how ideas and media interact.
• Leadership experience building and developing teams.
• Enterprise-level relationship management; comfort briefing C‑Suite.
• Intellectual Foundation: Deep understanding of how systems work- not just campaigns, but interconnected strategic systems.
• Comfort holding complexity: three brands, multiple audiences, multiple signals, one coherent force.
• Ability to operate at 30,000‑foot strategic level AND in the work itself.
• Evidence that you think about how ideas propagate and compound, not just how they perform in a single moment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Boldness: create Catalyzing Ideas that span three units with rigor and specificity.
• System Orchestration: design and deploy an Intelligent Story System guiding audiences and channels across units.
• Cross-Brand Enterprise Leadership: align three brands while maintaining distinct expressions where appropriate.
• Media + Creative Integration at Strategic Foundation: think in both languages from idea to deployment and ensure coherence.
• Relationship Growth & C‑Suite Stewardship: deliver integrated work that drives enterprise impact and C‑Suite confidence.
• Team Building & Leadership Development: recruit and develop strategists fluent in integrated thinking.
• Measurement, Learning & System Optimization: establish a learning agenda and use data to tune the system.
