Responsibilities

Developing and executing the company's revenue growth strategy.
Leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Partnering with technology team to develop E-Commerce strategies.
Involvement in team reorganization, including establishing Industrial Sales and Pricing Teams.
Overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
Collaborating with marketing, customer service, operations, and fleet maintenance to maximize revenue.
Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
Reporting revenue performance and growth plans to the CEO and board.
