Theta is seeking a senior engineering lead to own the engineering roadmap and to lead the data science team in scaling model deployments for client engagements. You’ll set technical direction, resolve delivery challenges, and collaborate with client engineering teams.

Our stack is R-based with performance-critical modeling in C++. You’ll extend and scale this foundation, architect reliable execution across cloud environments, and guide the team toward robust, automated solutions.

Formación

• Has built and operated production data or ML systems end to end at scale on cloud infrastructure.
• Solves problems across data prep, model execution, and infrastructure; checks data and outputs critically.

Responsabilidades

• Architect reliable execution of thousands of models on cloud, collaborating with client teams.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for data prep and modeling; ensure reusable pipelines.
