Job summary

Intelliforce is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, AI Platform, to help shape the platform and the team behind it. You will lead AI infrastructure initiatives, guide a small integrated team, and define how scalable inference, RAG, autonomous agents, and AI services are built and operated.

Your work blends hands-on engineering with leadership, communicating across stakeholders, ensuring reliability, performance, and security in mission environments.

Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor’s degree
• Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph active; must be current
• U.S. Citizenship; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure for AI model inference at scale
• Lead development and maintenance of production AI services and applications, including RAG, autonomous agents, and emerging AI capabilities
• Serve as technical lead for AI infrastructure initiatives across integrated teams
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and provide coaching, feedback, and support for assigned team members
• Define solutions for complex, underspecified systems and requirements
• Establish technical policies, standards, and governance frameworks where gaps exist
• Drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices across teams
• Implement and oversee monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security across AI platform components
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
