• Own clinical informatics governance and set standards for EHR changes.
• Lead physician informatics teams and partner with CNIO and nursing informatics.
• Ensure clinician experience and efficiency in the EHR with measurable metrics.
• Oversee clinical decision support, content lifecycle, and AI initiatives.
