Job summary

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Head of Agentic Payments to build the payment infrastructure behind AI-powered commerce. You will own the product definition, partner relationships, launch execution, and business economics, connecting epay, Ren, and Dandelion to deliver a scalable service.

You will navigate regulatory and commercial decisions, drive a pilot with a major partner, and scale the business to multiple platforms and currencies, with about 25% travel. Remote U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payments experience with regulated money movement, e-money or issuing.
• Experience launching a payments product with a major platform partner.
• Established network across major payments companies, fintechs, and AI firms.
• Ability to drive results across Legal, Compliance, Treasury and Engineering without direct reporting authority.
• Strong understanding of payments economics: fees, interchange, float, settlement timing.
• Clear, precise writing for product definitions, operating rules, and commercial terms.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Define the product and roadmap for the agentic payments platform.
• Own end-to-end payment capability including issuance, authorization, settlement, payouts, refunds and disputes.
• Partner with Engineering to build a reusable interface across platforms for easy integration.
• Define payment permissions, evidence, dispute rules and related terms with Legal and Compliance.
• Develop domestic and cross-border payout options, including ACH and local schemes.
• Build a roadmap from B2B use cases to consumer transactions with regulatory alignment.
• Manage day-to-day pilot partner relationships across product, program and finance teams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance and Engineering to assign ownership and escalate decisions.
• Negotiate partner arrangements to enable scalable, repeatable growth.
• Represent Euronet in industry forums and standards groups.
