Job summary

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Head of Agentic Payments in Leawood, KS (Remote U.S. considered) to lead the launch of a scalable payments service that connects epay, Ren and Dandelion.

You’ll own product definition, partner relationships, and the economics of a new business, delivering trusted money movement for AI-powered commerce. You’ll define the roadmap, establish interfaces for partner integrations, manage pilot relationships, and build a domestic and cross-border payout framework.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive payments experience in regulated money movement, stored value, e-money or issuing.
• Experience launching a payments product with a major platform partner.
• Ability to coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and Engineering.
• Excellent writing skills for product definitions and negotiating positions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product and roadmap for the end-to-end payment capability.
• Own issuance, authorization, settlement, payouts, refunds and disputes.
• Partner with Engineering to establish a reusable interface across platforms.
• Define payment permissions and dispute rules with Legal and Compliance.
• Develop domestic and cross-border payout options including ACH and local schemes.
• Build a roadmap from initial B2B use cases into consumer transactions and currencies.
• Own the day-to-day relationship with pilot partner’s program teams.
• Coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance and Engineering and escalate decisions when needed.
• Develop the partner ecosystem and negotiate agreements to enable repeatable growth.
• Own the commercial model including pricing, working capital and operating costs.
• Present investment opportunities and risks to senior leadership and the board.
• Develop the team and resource plan needed to scale the business.
