Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Chemistry Masters and PhDs to design and evaluate advanced chemistry problems for training AI models that reason like scientists. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires deep domain knowledge and a rigorous scientific approach.

You will design, solve, and review complex problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to push AI reasoning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or closely related field.
• Deep knowledge across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry.
• Excellent written communication of complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design real-world chemistry problems for AI training.
• Solve and review advanced chemistry problems for accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and other domain experts.
• Apply computational tools to create challenging problems for AI.
