Job summary

Alignerr is seeking chemistry experts to train and improve AI models. This remote hourly contract supports 10–40 hours per week and can be done from anywhere. A Master’s degree in chemistry or related field is required to join our cutting-edge research collaborations.

You design advanced chemistry problems, craft clear step-by-step solutions, and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy. No prior AI experience is needed—just a passion for chemistry and meticulous analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced chemistry problems to challenge AI models across chemistry domains.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy and logical consistency.
• Collaborate with researchers to build benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master’s topics.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve AI model performance.
