Qualifications

• Education: a BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Physical Science field.
• Professional Experience: laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
• Technical Mastery: deep knowledge of chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
• Safety & Compliance: understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, REACH, FDA).
• Analytical Precision: identify errors in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, geometry, and thermodynamics.
• Communication: explain reaction pathways in clear, technically accurate language.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-Generated Chemistry: review model responses for accuracy, structure, and reasoning.
• Fact-Check Reactions & Formulas: validate reactions, balancing, and viable synthetic routes.
• Audit Technical Documentation: review lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations for accuracy.
• Annotate Molecular Data: correct errors in SMILES, 2D/3D representations, and property predictions.
• Safety Monitoring: ensure outputs do not instruct synthesis of hazardous or illicit substances.
