Job summary

EFESO Management Consultants - Americas is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of the Chemicals Practice across the Americas. You will develop new client relationships, expand EFESO’s footprint in existing accounts, and build a strong, qualified pipeline in chemicals and related process industries.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling professional services in consulting or industry.
• Strong North American chemicals market network at executive level.
• Proven ability to originate, develop and close complex engagements (>6M annual target).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused chemicals BD plan across the Americas.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities in key segments.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead the commercial development process from engagement to close.
• Coordinate with partners and experts to shape client propositions.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
