Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or closely related field; master's preferred.
CMRP or CRL certifications preferred.
Minimum 8+ years in chemical manufacturing with reliability focus.
Experience with turnarounds, shutdowns, and major maintenance events.
Experience with RCFA, FMEA, preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Independently assess asset reliability and mechanical integrity across chemical operations.
Benchmark site performance and develop reliability roadmaps based on risk and value.
Lead or support reliability improvement initiatives and maintenance strategies.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and governance for reliability programs.
Translate recommendations into site-ready actions with ownership and timelines.
