Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with CFPB, FDCPA, WCA regulations preferred.

• Contact members by phone, mail, and electronic communications to collect on charged-off loans.
• Process documents such as DSA agreements, disputes, and cease-and-desist requests.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and actions on each account.
