Humana, Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Lead to define sales product strategy for targeted markets. You will drive programs across call center and sales operations, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and growth.

You will report to executives and partner across functions to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires strong project management and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in call center or sales operations environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience communicating updates to senior leaders or executives.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution with governance and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies, operational gaps, and business risks through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance member experience, agent efficiency, sales effectiveness, and performance.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners to align priorities.
• Leverage call center and sales operations expertise to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Provide concise, proactive communication and executive-ready reporting.
