Job summary

Jacuzzi Group seeks a Channel Marketing Manager to support our brands and dealer network by managing channel marketing programs and strategic initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to drive results, using data to guide decisions and ensuring on-time delivery.

This fully remote role is open to US-based candidates, with a preference for PST/MST time zones. The base salary is competitive with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, marketing, program management or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to develop insights and support decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and marketing programs from planning through launch.
• Strong project management skills with multiple initiatives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage channel marketing programs and strategic initiatives across Jacuzzi Group brands.
• Lead projects from planning through execution with defined scope, timelines and ownership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital, Finance, IT, vendors to align initiatives.
• Manage multiple programs, address dependencies and gather feedback for improvement.
