Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive dealer and sales development across the North America Spa Division in the United States and Canada. The role supports market expansion, partners with regional sales teams, and requires up to 50% travel with a remote-first setup.

You will identify opportunities, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and lead cross-functional efforts to drive growth across new and underserved markets. This is a high-visibility, quota-driven role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in field sales or business development.
• Strong CRM and pipeline reporting experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales and dealer network development.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and ROI for growth initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new dealer and distribution opportunities in US and Canada.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new dealer opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations with regional managers and directors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams for go-to-market efforts.
