Jacuzzi Group seeks a Channel Marketing Manager to lead channel programs across brands and the dealer network, managing planning, execution and analytics with cross-functional partners. This remote US role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and vendors to optimize performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, AI-enabled insights, and effective communications. It offers a base salary, bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, with preference for PST/MST

Qualifications

5+ years in channel marketing or related field.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint with data-driven insights.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing programs.
Budget and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage development and optimization of Channel Marketing programs across Jacuzzi Group brands.
Lead projects from planning to execution with clear scope, timelines, ownership and resources.
Coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital, Finance, IT, vendors and other stakeholders to drive alignment.
Maintain KPIs, dashboards and trackers to show participation, adoption and performance.
Support field sales and dealer programs and provide communications and training materials.
