Job summary

Lenze Americas Corporation is seeking a Channel Development Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding and optimizing sales channel performance across an assigned territory. You will collaborate with Lenze sales teams and distributors to develop channel strategies that increase OEM and end-user business while aligning with strategic goals.

You will manage relationships with distributors, lead marketing and demand-generation initiatives, and identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial automation or related markets.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial distribution partners and channel strategies.
• Technical aptitude to understand electrical/mechanical solutions and applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and performance of distributors while expanding new business across the territory.
• Lead channel marketing initiatives and demand-generation with distributor partners.
• Cultivate OEM and end-user relationships with Lenze sales teams and partners.
• Conduct market mapping and support contract negotiations with management.
• Deliver product, sales, and application training to partners and customers.
