Job summary

Lenze is seeking a Channel Development Manager in Nashville, TN. You will drive revenue growth by expanding and optimizing our sales channel performance across the territory, collaborating with Lenze sales teams and distribution partners to increase OEM and end-user business.

The role requires a hunter mentality, 5+ years in industrial sales, and experience with distributors; travel up to 40%. You will lead channel marketing, develop trainings, and coordinate quarterly business reviews to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial markets.
2+ years with industrial distribution partners.
Technical aptitude to understand electrical and mechanical solutions.
Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Drive growth, engagement, and performance of distribution partners across the territory.
Lead channel marketing initiatives and demand Generation to expand accounts.
Identify and grow OEM and end-user relationships with Lenze teams and partners.
Assess channel partners for alignment and explore new opportunities.
Conduct market mapping and support contract negotiations.
Facilitate quarterly/annual business reviews and action plans.
Develop and deliver product, sales, and application training.
Serve as primary contact for distributors and assist with orders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure channel strategy execution.
Represent Lenze at customer visits, trade shows, and events.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
