Job summary

Lenze is seeking a Channel Development Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding and optimizing sales channels in a remote US-wide territory. The role collaborates with Lenze sales teams and distributors to implement channel strategies, increase OEM and end-user business, and accelerate market penetration while supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial markets with revenue growth.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial distribution partners and channel sales strategies.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, engagement, and performance of distribution partners through coaching and relationship management.
• Lead channel marketing initiatives and demand-generation activities with distributor partners.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with OEMs and end users in collaboration with sales teams.
• Coordinate market mapping and participate in partner negotiations and quarterly reviews.
