A growing IT consulting firm is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager/Project Manager to lead efforts in integrating a centralized database system. This role involves conducting process assessments, developing change management strategies, and ensuring project readiness. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and significant project management experience, especially in IT environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience applying Project Management principles.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead capacity in Project Management.
• Valid PMP certification required.
• 5 years supporting organizational change related to IT systems.
• Experience with Accela Civic Platform or licensing modules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AS‑Is and To‑Be analysis for affected processes.
• Create OCM plan and change strategy for the project.
• Assess project readiness and develop a readiness plan.
• Support Prosci ADKAR Adoption and create tracking roadmap.
• Define OCM governance structure and develop KPIs.
