The role partners with leaders across the organization to assess impacts, develop engagement plans, and support adoption of new processes and technologies. Strong consulting and facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g., Human Resources Operations, Business Management, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development)
• 5 years of experience providing change management solutions in support of large-scale projects or transformations
• Strong consulting, influencing, execution, analytical and communication skills
• Expertise in change management areas such as communications, training and support, leadership engagement or change network management
• Interpersonal skills that encourage behavior change and end-user adoption
• Proficient with MS Office and Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Develop comprehensive organization change management strategies and plans for key initiatives
• Consult and influence leaders at all levels
• Manage detailed change management tasks end-to-end
• Create and maintain robust change management plan documents and deliverables
• Coordinate change management and communications activities including impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Facilitate group meetings to align and plan actions
• Develop communication and end-user adoption using data visualization and storytelling
• Identify issues/risks and develop mitigation plans
• Create change assets (PowerPoint, memos, Excel workbooks, leader toolkits)
• Perform other related duties as assigned
