Job summary

ICF is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support federal modernization initiatives from a fully remote position anywhere in the United States. You will help plan, mobilize, and deliver organizational change management, adoption, training, and strategic communications to large groups of stakeholders.

The role involves developing adoption strategies, creating executive-ready materials, and facilitating training across government programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management consulting, organizational change management, adoption, strategic communications, training, or related consulting support.
• 3+ years of experience implementing change management practices, frameworks, or structured change approaches.
• 3+ years of experience editing documents across multiple formats and creating polished executive-ready materials.
• 1+ years of experience working on large modernization initiatives in an Agile environment is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience implementing strategies effectively in support of adoption, communications, training, or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute adoption strategies for stakeholders to understand and adopt new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Create communication plans, messaging, stakeholder updates, FAQs, newsletters, and presentations.
• Develop training plans, schedules, objectives, facilitator guides, and quick reference guides.
• Facilitate or support live training sessions, demos, workshops, and user enablement activities.
• Plan and manage office hours to answer questions and capture feedback.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, map needs, and tailor engagement strategies for varied audiences.
• Conduct readiness and impact analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop strategies to manage resistance and reinforce value propositions.
• Summarize insights into actionable recommendations and maintain polished work products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change activities with delivery milestones.
