Job summary

New Generation Management Consulting (PTY) Ltd is seeking a Change Manager for a remote role focused on digital transformation in the telecommunications sector across Africa. The role requires leading change initiatives, managing diverse stakeholders, and applying agile methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with BSS.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop solutions.
Proficiency in modelling and visualizing business processes.
Familiarity with Business Support Systems (BSS).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery.
Willingness to travel 50% to Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, Kenya).
English fluency; French/Swahili/Portuguese a plus.
