Job summary

New Generation Management Consulting (PTY) Ltd seeks a Senior Program Manager for remote engagement across telecom and digital transformation initiatives in Africa. The role requires leading large-scale projects, strong stakeholder management, and travel up to 50% to Africa regions.

The contract is initially 6 months with potential extension; candidates must hold PMI PMP or PgMP credentials, and be fluent in English. Passport required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in telecom or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale network initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative telecom/digital transformation projects across Africa.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Travel up to 50% to Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, Kenya.
