New Generation Management Consulting (PTY) Ltd is seeking a Change Manager for a remote role focused on digital transformation in the telecommunications sector across Africa. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with BSS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects.

• Proficiency in modelling and visualizing business processes.
• Familiarity with Business Support Systems (BSS).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery.
• Willingness to travel 50% to Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, Kenya).
• English fluency; French/Swahili/Portuguese a plus.

This is a remote position. Join Our Team as a Change Manager! Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving transformation? we are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and help shape the future of our operations across Africa. Our ideal candidates must be able to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract. This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential for further extension based on the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Change Initiatives : Manage and oversee change management processes for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.


• Change Management Methodologies : Apply best practices and methodologies to guide teams through transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.


• Training Program Development : Design and implement training programs that equip employees with the skills needed to thrive in a changing environment.


• Organizational Change Track Record : Leverage your proven experience in managing organizational change to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Transformation Projects : A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant projects is non-negotiable.


• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.


• Business Process Modelling : Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques to visualize processes effectively.


• BSS Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with Business Support Systems is essential for this role.


• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of agile practices and frameworks to facilitate project delivery.


• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.


• Language Proficiency : Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage.
