Syneos Health is seeking a Change Management lead within the R&D Advisory Group to drive adoption and engagement for the Future Digital Content Creation initiative. Remote, United States, with responsibilities spanning strategy, stakeholder engagement, training support, and metrics tracking.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in change management or related roles.
Experience in life sciences, R&D, or content generation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communications experience.
Regulatory experience is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the change management strategy.
Assess organizational impacts across four workstreams.
Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Lead change readiness and adoption activities.
Partner with program leadership and business stakeholders.
Support training strategy development and user adoption planning.
Track and report change management metrics and risks.
Coordinate with workstream leads to ensure successful implementation.
