Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a senior leader to drive project management, team leadership, and business development within the R&D Advisory Group. You will cultivate client relationships, manage a large book of business, oversee budgets, and shape project design and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA or life sciences graduate degree, with proven new business experience and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Build relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Develop and lead a large customer book of business.
• Oversee project budgets accordingly.
• Be responsible for the design, efficiency, and outcomes related to customer projects.
• Demonstrate new business experience from organic growth to RFI/RFP planning, development, and execution.
• Experience across promotional and non-promotional commercialization activities.

Responsibilities
