Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in change management or organizational change support.
• Experience supporting technology implementation or business process transformation projects.
• Prosci Certification with familiarity in structured change management methodologies.
• Experience in regulated life sciences/pharma environments.
• Exposure to IT or digital transformation initiatives (ERP/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for process, system, and role changes.
• Define readiness and adoption activities for impacted user groups.
• Create clear, audience-specific communications and training materials.
• Track adoption metrics and provide regular status updates.
