Job summary

Syneos Health Consulting invites ambitious professionals to join the R&D Advisory Group. You will help life science organizations improve efficiency across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

Key tasks include understanding client goals, drafting engagement plans and proposals, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also oversee quality of deliverables and develop content for BD opportunities, while building networks through industry events and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business.
• Experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role.
• Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting.
• Engagement management experience.
• Strong presentation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand business goals, processes and expectations.
• Develop customer proposals outlining needs, objectives, approach, solution and commercial construct.
• Develop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team members.
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop content to support business development opportunities with prospective customers.
• Grow customer networks via social media, seminars, conferences, and referrals.
