The role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on execution, requiring collaboration across executives, managers and frontline teams, with 75% remote work and travel to Binghamton, NY or Augusta, ME as needed.

• Knowledgeable about the business; understands the company at a high-level end-to-end.
• Strong storyteller and content creator across formats (email, intranet, video, presentations).
• Audience-focused; tailors tone and channel to executives, managers and frontline employees.
• Organized and dependable in managing a high-volume communications calendar.
• Collaborative and approachable; builds rapport with change agents and business leads.
• Uses data to measure reach, engagement and sentiment, and adjusts based on results.

Responsibilities

• Translates and interprets technical, functional, process, and procedural related information into tactical end user focused information.
• Develops and carries out the internal communications and stakeholder engagement plan for the assigned operating companies.
• Creates audience-specific messages, awareness campaigns, leadership talking points, newsletters and FAQs and engagement events that build understanding of, and support.
• Supports the Change Network by preparing materials and gathering feedback.
• Tracks communication effectiveness and sentiment so that messaging can be adjusted as the program moves through each phase.
