Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a Change Management Analyst in McLean, VA to plan and manage the transition from legacy to modern ICAM services. You will coordinate decommissioning plans, release-management activities, and updated business processes alongside product delivery teams.

You will lead day-to-day transition efforts, document stakeholder approvals, manage change tickets, and present changes to the change board, ensuring compliance with change processes and team accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, release management, or IT transition planning.
• Experience developing decommissioning or migration plans for enterprise IT systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the transition from legacy to modernized ICAM services from start to finish, including decommissioning plans, release-management plans, adjusted business processes, and historical logs for traceability, in collaboration with related product delivery teams.
• Execute day-to-day transition, decommissioning, and release-management processes supporting stakeholder working groups and leadership briefs during migration events.
• Hold meetings to discuss production changes, document stakeholder approvals, create/update/close change tickets, and present changes to the change board.
• Ensure the broader team follows change process procedures and hold team members accountable.
