Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to oversee ICAM transformation communications for the VA Identity, Credential, and Access Management program. You will guide a team of analysts and specialists and coordinate across SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters.

The role requires 8+ years in communications for large IT or federal programs, governance management of enterprise tools, and the ability to obtain required security clearances.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading communications, public affairs, or stakeholder management for a large IT or federal program.
• Experience developing and executing stakeholder communication strategies and satisfaction survey programs.
• Experience managing SharePoint or Teams governance and enterprise communications tooling.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ICAM transformation communications strategy across SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters.
• Own the Quarterly ICAM Communications Report, tracking open rate, click rate, and page-view metrics.
• Develop, roll out, and administer the bi-monthly customer-satisfaction survey.
• Deliver insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate the work of communications analysts and specialists, standardizing content and governance for SharePoint or Teams sites.
• Support release-management communications for service requests during change or migration events, in coordination with the Change Management Analyst.
